Do you sell online?

No, we are a brick and mortar store, though you may call us or reach out via social media and we will be happy to ship items.

Are your products all from local artists?

We source our goods from artists, manufacturers and distributors locally, regionally and internationally. Any product representative of an indigenous culture is sourced from indigenous artists, indigenous-owned companies, or distributors who provide proof of authenticity.

Do you have a piercer on staff?

No, we recommend a licensed piercer. We do offer piercings made of surgical steel, titanium, silicone or organic materials for healed piercings. We also sell products for piercing maintenance.

How old do you need to be to buy a sword or knife?

You must be 18 or accompanied by an adult to purchase any item with a sharp edge. Training knives and swords, as well as blunt items for protection are available for all to purchase.

Are you a national chain?

No. There may be other Third Planets, but there is only one established in Lawrence, KS in 1993. A second location is in Wichita, KS.
